Find the planet of Enlightenment and Wisdom EW 119. With your eyes closed, visualise a bird for 2 minutes. Every time your mind wanders, bring your attention back to the bird.  

Walk to the collar and detach the lead. Take the lead in hand and guide it around the exhibits. Be a human best friend and return the lead to the collar.

Locate the angel, read the poem. 

Search for the planet of Happiness and Love HL 56. Think of a happy memory. Text the person who was a part of that memory.

Search for the planet of Serenity and Peace SP 0222. Find a comfortable standing or sitting position and relax your body. Let stillness wash over you. With every inhale, breathe in restfulness. With every exhale, release all tension. There is nothing you need to do right now except breathe. 

Find a package tied with a string. Untie and add a little piece of your experience. Retie the package.
